Исключение испытуемого (пациента, добровольца) из исследования
Исследователь может исключить пациента из исследования в силу следующих причин:
● развитие у пациента в ходе исследования явлений, подпадающих под критерии исключения (например, беременность, появление сопутствующего заболевания, влияющего на ход исследования);
● пациент получил сопутствующую терапию, не разрешенную протоколом исследования;
● пациент отказался от участия в исследовании;
● исследование остановлено у пациента по соображениям безопасности или в силу неэффективности исследуемого препарата.
Критерии для исключения пациента из исследования должны быть изложены в протоколе.
